Aspirin 150 Mg Per Day

I have taken Venlafaxine XR Capsules - 2 150 mg per day (a high dosage). They were made by the same manufacturer for the first 3 or 4 years. Then, my insurance company switched to the manufacturer Aurobindo. Since then, I have had severe joint and muscle pain, primarily in my arms, but also somewhat in my hands. This pain is so severe that without aspirin, Tylenol, or Aleve, I can barely reach or lift things. Could this pain be due to the change in manufacturerr of my Venlafaxine XR? ## Hello, Debra! After my CABG on 09.09.2010, I am taking Clopitab - A 150 Mg daily one after lunch as directed by my Cardiologist/surgeon. Since last week I am going through Arrhythmia (irregular Heart bits - skipping 10 - 12 bits / min out of 80 -90 bits with Blood pressure 130/90 hg/mm) Is it due to the side effect of the following tablets I am taking daily as per the prescription? 1. I took oxycontin and oxycodone for 6 years... stopped cold turkey, cause i lost my job and insurance..........first month sucked real bad, but now i am ok. By all means, if you are in serious pain, take a narcotic! Nothing else even comes close to the results of a narcotic pain reliever. DO NOT!... I REPEAT.....DO NOT listen to all the hype and yackety yack every little dip wad spouts off about the big bad opiates. After 6 years of use.... of around 120 - 150 mgs per day, I have definitely learned that narcotic painkillers are much safer and easier on your stomach lining than Tylenol, motrin, aspirin, aleve, and all the others! Hello. We are on vacation visiting beautiful panama beach Florida and my husband's blood pressure has gotten as high as 203/110. He was on lisinopril 10mg ER and took a CT head that came back negative. My concern is that his BP is still remaining around 150/98. We just want to make it home to follow up but these blood pressure readings are really scaring me. We also started an 81 mg Aspirin. What else can we do? Should we take both BP pills? ## I am not any type of health pro or in any field, but my husband's cardiologist has him on metoprolol 25mg, atrovastatin 10mg, amlodipine 10mg, lisinopril 5mg with/and aspirin 81mg.
