Arbitel 80 Mg Tablet

When I was having 102 temperature my bp was measured which was shown as 150/110 .Dr prescribed Arbitel MT 50 mg my BP reduced to 130/90 the next it came down to 110/80 I want suggestion to continue with the tablet

arbitel amh 40 mg plus cardibeta 50 mg at morning , at evening arbitel 80 mg and night ecosprin av 75 . is it is overdose or right combination .
