Prozac users please respond

Are there any prozac users with a good response? Please let me know. I have tried so many meds for my severe anxiety depression fears paranoia anhedonia and medical related PTSD. Looking for success stories, please. I started at 20mg for 2 1/2 weeks, now on 40 for four days and no relief. Please help. ## Hello, Theresa! How are you?
