Print is only on one side. The other side had nothing. I can usually find what pills they are but am having no luck. Any help appreciated. ## Hi Sam, Is there any chance your pill says "S521" as opposed to 5521? Reason I ask is because I stumbled upon a white rectangular shaped pill (approx. 9mm in size) marked with S 521. This particular pill is identified as a 10mg Cetirizine hydrochloride tablet used for treating cold and allergy symptoms. NOTE: the S and 521 are on the same side of the pill, with the other side being blank. Please post back if you think we might be onto something here. I hope this helps!

I'm trying to figure out which medicine it is. It's a white and round pill marked with AN / 521. Any answers? ## Amneal Pharmaceuticals lists this tablet as containing 25mgs of Promethazine, which is most commonly used to treat, or prevent nausea, and vomiting. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including drowsiness, dizziness, sedation, and dry mouth. Is there anything else I can help with?

So I was given this pill marked "S-521" by a family member and was under the impression it was Promethazine (Phenergan) but when I looked it up it showed up as Cetirizine?! So is it not for nausea? Just a little confused that's all. ## Yes, that is correct, is contains 10mgs of Cetirizine. NDC: 16714-0271 Since it is an antihistamine, it might help with nausea, as most of them do, but this one is not specifically used to treat/prevent nausea. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, and drowsiness. Inactive ingredients may include: Corn Starch Lactose Monohydrate Povidone K29/32 Magnesium Stearate Is there anything else I can help with?
