52 Topics FoundI am taking spironolactone 50mg and the tablets have been white with MP 542 on the scored side. I refilled my prescription and now they are yellow with AN 514 on the scored side. Are they the same? ## Hi Patti, Both of the pills in question are one in the same drug. The only difference I noticed is that they are manufactured by different companies. Additionally, there may be a slight variation of inactive ingredients; but other than that you can be assured that they are the same drug and same dosage.
