My wife has had a sinus infection for about two weeks. Today she went to the doctor and they prescribed this medication and also prednisone. She took the medication, the amox..., with food, however, she has had an extremely bad headache since taking this medication. Is this a normal side effect as well or should I consult a physician on her behalf ## It is very hard to say, either one of the medications could be causing the headache, or it could be a symptom of the sinus infection itself.
