You really should check with your doctor, before changing to taking them at night. It's really going to depend on your blood pressure levels and heart rate, as well as the symptoms. Usually, it's preferred that they be taken in the morning, to help control your blood pressure and heart rate during the times of day that you'll be most active and therefore experiencing the most fluctuations. But if you are severely drowsy from them, they may allow you to switch to taking them at night. If I take 100mg of Losartan at 6:00 am can I take it again at 4:00pm? I am currently taking 10mg of Amlodipine but it does not work as well as I want it to.
