This tablet is manufactured by Accord Healthcare and yes, they list it as containing 25mgs of Amitriptyline. The FDA lists the typical side effect of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, mood swings and weight changes. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Please note that Amitryptline can also cause hallucinations. I have hallucinated twice while taking it and the first one scared the crap out of me. The first one was seeing faces in my patio doors so now I close my blinds after I take it and stay away from anything reflective. it is a redish maroon color round pill with 12 on it what is it my 11 year old daughter said someone gave it to her ## I believe that what you may be looking at is a capital i and the number 2 and it contains 200mgs of Ibuprofen, it is a generic, or store brand of Advil, used to treat pain, fever and swelling. Learn more: Can you double check the markings on the pill and let me know if it's possibly an I2? ## A brown small round pill that's just marked with I2 is Amitriptylin 25mg. Now ibuprofen 200mg has about the same color although a little larger and has a dash in it marked with an I-2 so be very careful here
