Adderall Xr 20 Mg Brand

My insurance only pays for the brand Adderall pills and does not support the generic. The doctor started me off with 20mg of XR daily. After a couple weeks, those didn't seem to work as well so she upped my dose to 30mg XR. I was looking at the 20mg and comparing what they looked liked to the 30mg. The 20mg had on them M.Salts or something like that the name Adderall wasn't listed anywhere. Both pills are oblong and orange; the 30mg says AdderallXR 30mg right on the pill. What disturbs me is that the name on the 20 mg pill is the generic name and if this is the case, I want my ridiculous co pay back. On the side of the pill bottle where it talks about what the pill should look like, it says orange, oblong, AdderallXR 20mg. Isn't this illegal? I called the pharmacy and he ope...

Which is the better generic company? I just got GLOBAL and they are like taking sleeping pills. I'm sleeping 20 to 24 hours a day for days. If I didn't need to pee, I might never wake up. I have been on Adderall XR 20mg once a day and my dr wrote it for 10mg twice daily; yet the pharmacist filled regular generic adderall xr; I know this because I compared those with a photo from Barr! I was taking Adderall XR Barr, I didn't like it! Then shire XR which was way better. I could focus, study, multi task, pay attention etc.....Then my psychiatrist switched me to instant release. I started taking Adderall 30mg IR. The manufacture is Teva USA. It taste like candy! It keeps me up yet I'm not energized or focused. Hello, I was recently diagnosed with ADHD my doc prescribe me Ritalin the pharmacy gave me the genetic brand Methylphenidate 20mg ER (LA) caps Mfc Actavis. The first day it was ok, made me feel a little more energy, more focus, but also kinda jittery, the fallowing days I didn't even feel anything other than some anxiety and loss of appetite, I was supposed to take them for a month but after taking them for 15 days I decided they were not doing anything for me, except making me want to take Xanax (which I am also prescribed for anxiety) I normally don't take it unless I really need it and just tiny dosages. My name is Phil and I am 18 years old. I weigh 170 lbs and I am 6'3. At the beginning of my Freshman year of college I was diagnosed with ADHD and Social Anxiety Disorder. I currently take Adderall IR 10 mg (Barr Generic) once per day and Adderall XR 20 mg (Actavis Generic) once per day. I take Zoloft 100mg (American Health). My question is this: What are your experiences with the different generic brands? I have a morphine infusion pump that releases 21.474 mg daily continuous flow plus I can give myself a bolus of 1.50 mg up to 10 x a day making my daily level release of morphine 35.886/day continuous flow. I am so tired all the time. My doctor prescribed D-amphetamine salts XR 25 mg - 2 x/day but because (i've been taking this for a few years at slowly increased doses to get where I am now) they were a generic and did not work I asked him and my insurance company approved the change, he put me on 20 MG IR 2x/day brand name by Teva. Hi: I've been prescribed Adderall 20mg IR (generic amphetamine salts, 2x daily) and I found I was just dripping sweat in any type of heat or even at 40 deg after some exertion. My doctor switched me to dextroamphetamine (again, generic, 10 mg, 2x daily), and there is no improvement. The new drug is not as effective as the Adderall. My doctor is not that familiar with this class of drugs, but my pharmacist specialized in mental health drugs and suggested that an ER or XR version might work better. I've also read that some people do better on certain types of generics or the name brands.
