What's the Catch with Clobenzorex?

This substance almost feels too good to be true: An all-day stimulant with few side effects, tons of euphoria & a mild comedown. The medical literature reveals nothing untoward about it, only that it was banned in the U.S. due to "drug abuse & psychiatric events", which could certainly apply to Adderall, Desoxyn, Dexedrine, or Ritalin. Furthermore it's technically legal due to being an analogue of a CIII drug (Benzphetamine). So not truly "banned", just not approved for prescription or sale. As we all know, there are no free lunches in the drug world. So what am I missing about clobenzorex? Is it uniquely toxic to the heart? Brain?
