Hello All, I am not glad that you are having issues, but if am so glad that you post, because I am having the same issue with my 14 year old son. He was taking the blue and white 15 mg Amphetamine salts ER for Narcolepsy with Cataplexy. This is his very first time on the medication, IT WORKED! Well after the first 30 day prescription, good old CVS decided to take it upon themselves and change it to the orange pill, same miller grams, but the name on the bottle is Dextroamp-amphetamine ER. This dose not work at all. My son is constantly falling asleep, and the Cataplexy has complete control over him, causing him to fall at least four to five times a day. I've been taking Adderall xr 15mg for three weeks. First couple of days I felt sleepy, groggy, third and fourth days i felt a surge of physical well-being, as well as focused , and a balanced state of mind. However, all that lasted another couple of days. After the first week of Adderall xr 15mg, i felt nothing. It's been three weeks now, and I still feel nothing. I am going to ask my doc to switch to Vyvanse. However, i know that 10mg of Axr is = to 30mg of Vyvanse. But if i'm taking 15 mg of Axr, how much Vyvanse should I take to equal the Axr dose? Hi, I've been taking half a 15mg oxycodone every morning around 9am. I don't like how a whole one makes me feel and I can still function with only a half. I usually take 1 whole 10/325 norco at that time but I'm out of them so I'm stuck taking the oxycodone. For the past 4 days I've been taking 1 daily 30mg adderall tablets(instant release) about 2 hours after taking the oxycodone half. I was taking 1 daily 30mg vyvanse for the past few months but I wanted to try adderall for awhile and see which seemed better to me. My issue is... can I take another adderall, but only half of it? I need to know if Teva is still making this orange tablet imprint 15 on one side and b777 on the other. I read some where that this tablet is IR & not XR bc for the last couple years I thought my doc. script me XR. I guess it had to do with my insurance. I have been taking Dexedrine (Dextroamphetamine Sulfate XR) for 3 years now and it has always looked the same: clear and dark brown manufactured by BARR, imprinted with the same and the numbers 956. Two months ago the medication I received was blue. I was stupid and didn't think twice about it only to be called by the pharmacy and told I had been given Adderall by mistake at the end of the month. The following month my medication was back to the usual clear and brown. This month I have been given blue pills again. They gave them to me in a bottle that says "Dextroamphetamine Sulf ER 15MG" as it should, they scratched out "BARR" and wrote "Global" on the manufacturer part. I have been taking Adderall XR for about 7 years for narcolepsy. I have always taken 10 mg each morning; and recently my doctor increased my perscription to 5-15 mg per day, so that I was given 5 mg. capsules and had the option of taking an extra 5 mg each day. I find everyday I am tried by lunch and have a hard time staying awake, so I take that extra 5 mg. capsule around 1:00 in the afternoon. But sometimes by taking that extra 5 mg I get a really bad headache, and to be honest I still am tired. Would it be better to take the full 15 mg in the morning? I just have never taken that much at once and was afraid to try it. Does taking 15mg adderall twice a day equal out to 30 IR the whole day or is it 15 mg due to spreading out during the day? ## It equals 30mg total for that 24 hour period. Kind of confused by your question. Whatever you have taken (total) over a 24 hour period is how much you've taken "a day". Camber's new generic for Adderall IR 15mg is no good. Prior to it I got 10mg Adderall from CVS and it worked great! Just got a fill from Kroger since CVS was out of stock. The brand is from Camber and not only does it not work, it makes me feel unwell, sleepy and super irritated. It’s crazy how companies are able to differentiate in their generics like they do. I was taking 15mg Adderall XR white and clear capsules with blue inside and they worked great for about 6-8 hours then I crashed. I asked my Dr. about it and he just said we would try it for another month. Ok, however, when I got my new prescription, it was generic. I never thought anything of it. I have been taking it for about a week the same dose and directions as before. I am not getting the same results, I don't crash, but that is probably because it doesn't even feel like it is working. Hi All, I have been having the hardest time finding a pharmacy in Southwest Florida that carries Adderall and its generic. I am currently taking 15mg 3x a day (45mg). My doctor just put in a script for a 3 month supply, to be filling monthly. Walgreens calls me and says they have a new policy stating that because my doctor is over 50 miles away (Tampa area) they can't fill it and the max dosage is 40mg. I'm BAFFLED. Can you take Morphine Sulfate ER 15mg with Adderall? I'm scared as hell!... My Dr. pushed the Morphine on me over taking just Hydrocodone 10/325... & this concerns me :/ ## My doc insisted on switching me from 5-325 Norco to Morphine Sulfate as well, and it was the WORST thing that's happened to me, EVER. I just found out my PCP is leaving my network for insurance and need a new dr that will be an easy transition and is not going to give me trouble about my adderall script. I started a suboxone program 6 weeks ago. My level dose is 8mg films/tid. I also take adderall ir 15mg/tid (that was prescribed by my psychiatrist, years ago). My sub dr. wants me to get off the adderall & I agree. So he’s started me on bupropion xl/150mg; which, I started today. Took it this morning, along with all my other meds. I was told the bupropion xl works similar to adderall? Recently... my local Rite Aid switched their adderall manufacturer and it's caused me quite a bit of trouble. I noticed I got a slightly different shade of blue pill once, but I didn't think much of it and took it anyways. I started noticing that the effects weren't as strong and that I needed a lot more, often it flat out didn't work. I asked my doctor to increase from 15mg to 20mg. I was scouting around for generic adderall from CorePharma , when i called Meijer pharmacy they said they carry Aurobindo. I've never heard of this pharm company before. Anybody taken adderall from Aurobindo? I alternate generic adderall from teva then corepharma. A few months ago my doctor gave me three months worth of post dated prescriptions for adderall ir 15mg 2x a day. This month I had a doctor appt and got prescribed adderall xr 30mg a day. I still have a prescription for the ir that I haven't turned in yet for this month. It's dated five days after the day that I turned in the new 30mg prescription. My question is can I still turn in the 15 mg prescription that was dated for this month or will I get flagged because of two prescriptions in one month...even though they are different strengths?
