Acitrom 2mg

Hi, My dad is having veinous thrombosis since 2005. He had a second time on last year march 2013 due to the stoppage of medicine(previously he was having epsolin) . From that time he has been using Acitrom 3mg and now its dosage been reduced to 2mg. Last month the neuro surgeon(one who stopped the medicines previously) has asked to reduce the intake to twice a week, monday and thursday. And this month he told that this medicine has to be stopped. But in the same time, since this is his second time, the neurologist has strictly told that this medicine should be eaten throughout his lifetime. Neurosurgeon is telling this medicine might become poisonous to him if eaten more than a year. Please help! ## Did you ask the neurosurgeon what he would like him to take in its place? If I am taking acitrom 4mg by 7 pm can i consume alcohol by 8 pm? Is there any study/report on this? ## If I take 4 mg acitron at 5pm when can I drink alcohol? ## If I take acitrom 2mg in the morning when can i drink alcohol? ## Acitrom is listed as containing the active ingredient Nicoumalone, and it can cause blood thinning as a side effect, so no, it should not be combined with alcohol, as that can increased the risk of dangerous bleeding, according to FDA reports. Cardorone 100 Mg is also advised to be taken a day for the rheumatic affection of mild thickening and doming of mitral leaflets ## Sir my wife was suffering from severe headache due to a clot two years back, she was diagnosed cortical venous thrombosis with low protien-s and after recover from that problem in nov 2008 docter prescribed acitrom 3mg(dose depend upon PT INR ) for life long but after dental surgery in nov 2010 docter replaced acitrom by ecosprin 150 .sir i want to know its side effects and can we plan a baby with these medicines?And is there any possibility to stop medicine for ever?

Can I use this for nose bleeding. I am a rheumatic heart disease patient and taking ACITROM 2mg. For past few weeks I was down with viral fever with cold. At times while trying to put pressure to remove mucous from nose by blowing the nose 4 to5 drops of blood is coming. Please advise..Can I take Dicynene tablet twice daily for 3 days
