Acetaminophen and codeine phosphate 300 mg / 30mg. compared to 30 mg of roxys. how do they compare in strength? thanks ## codeine is the absolute weakest opiate there is, you can't even compare 30mgs of codeine to 30mg of oxycodone, 30mgs of oxycodone its veryyyyy strong compared to codeine so be extremely careful, defenetly look a little more into this before taking anything. ## methadoneman is kind of on the right track, though they can be compared if someone knows how to do the conversions. However yes, the Oxycodone is much stronger than the Codeine. If you have been taking 30mgs of Codeine, then you'd only require 3mgs of Oxycodone to be an equivalent dosage and the issue there is that there isn't any 3mg dosage of Oxycodone available by prescription in tablet form. I just purchased what I thought was tylenol with codeine phosphate but there are no imprints but a line on one side. It is a blister pack and it says 300/30 mg. Are these for real?? ## Where were they obtained from? Do they list the country they are from, or who the manufacturer is?
