GREEN ROUND TABLET ## I was wondering what this pill is for? ## if it's almost a light blue color, says ABG on on side and 80 on the other, it's an 80 mg oxycontin. ## ABG 80 is an oxy cotin 80...i guess the ABG is just the brand name of the company who sells the oxy cotin 80s ## Pain reliever, this is a generic for Oxycontin, as the other posters said, Oxycodone 80mgs Extended Release.

Dark Green ABG on one side and 80 is oxycodone hci, Light Blue with an M and a square around the M on the other side is single scored with 30 or 15 are also oxycodone HCI. All are time release. The M and square is the sign for Mallinckroft, a generic manufacturer. ## Hello, Just to confirm, I have identified a round green pill with the imprint ABG on one side and 80 on the other as Oxycodone HCL (80 mg).This pill is manufactured by Teva pharmaceuticals. I can also confirm the identification of the light blue Oxycodone HCL (30 mg) with the boxed M (for Mallinckroft pharmacetuicals) on one side and a 30 on the other (above a score line). How much 200 mg ms contin equals 120mg oxycodone? Also if 90mg oxycodone is taken in the morning then 2 more 30mg pills thru the day how would that be equated with 200mg ms contin for ALL DAY RELIEF? ## Oxycodone is one a half times stronger than Morphine, so for each 120mgs of it that you were taking, you'd need 180mgs of Morphine to be equivalent. So, you'd need 135mgs of Morphine to equal the 90mgs of Oxycodone and 45mgs of Morphine to equal each of the 30mgs Oxycodone tablets, for a total of 225mgs of Morphine to be equivalent. The FDA classifies these medications as being narcotic analgesics, so they carry the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and constipation. light purple with abg one side and 30 on the other I was told this is an oxycontin 30 is it ## Oxycontin is the name brand for the time released formulation of Oxycodone manufactured by Purdue Pharma and there is no generic of it available. This tablet does contain 30mgs of Oxycodone, but it is not time released, it is a regular release formulation, which would be a generic for Roxicodone. Due to the increasing theft and diversion of this opiate, the generics were removed from the market several years ago, in order to enable the manufacturer, FDA and DEA to keep better track of the supply. i have been out of my morphine 60mg for a couple days (not happy about iit ) I was told that they stopped manufactring that medication here in Florida ,. are the abg 10's equal in strength to the norco 10 mg i need to know right away if not what is the difference in opiate strength i am used to taking 2 norcos per dose 10 per day??? ## The tablet with the ABG 10 marking contains 10mgs of Oxycodone, a potent narcotic analgesic. Has your doctor recommended this switch? The actual conversion, if you have been taking 20mgs of the Hydrocodone in the Norco, would be approximately 13.33 of the Oxycodone to equal the same dose. However, what you really need to do is try the Oxycodone and see how well it helps you, since it is more potent, you may get good results from the 10mgs, if you haven't taken it before.

Small round pill 60mg ABG ## THIS IS NOT OXYCODONE! THIS IS MORPHINE CR This is Morphine Sulfate CR 60mgs, a generic for MS Contin. I didn't even have to look this one up, I have a whole bottle here and take them twice a day. Oxycodone does not come in a 60mg dosage. ## Oxycontin does make a 60mg, but you're right this is definitely the generic of MS Contin 60mg. ## You should get your facts straight as oxycodone does come in a 60 mg dose it is just very uncommon you see them. ## Morphine is in its own class...not generic for anything ## They very well do make a 60 mg.
