red pill with white line thru the middle. the initials th on it ## Hi renee, The closest match I've been able to identify is Cylert (pemoline)- (18.75 mg) Manufactured by Abbott Laboratories. It is a white round pill with the imprint TH on the front as well as a score line through the middle. This could very well be your pill, but maybe with a different amount of the active ingredient- or it could've been manufactured by a different pharmaceutical company. Pemoline is a stimulant drug of the oxazoline class. It was first synthesized in 1913 but its activity was not discovered until the 1930s. Under the names Betanamin, Cylert, Tradon, and Ceractiv it was used as a medication to treat attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and narcolepsy. Under the Convention on Psychotr...

Light Blue color Oval shape EC on one side Blank other side ## I found a similar pill. Have you found anything on it ? Thx ## I located a similar description of a white oval pill with EC on one side (and an "a" symbol on the other) that is reportedly identified as 250mg Ery-Tab (erythromycin), used for treating various types of bacterial infections. Apparently it's made by a company called Abbott Labs. The pill described above is also depicted as being approx. 15mm in size. Does any of that information ring a bell based on what you think you might've had from past prescriptions, etc? I hope this helps! ## It's diphenhydramine. 25mg. Sleeping aid or medication used for allergic reactions.

Yes, all non-approved pancrelipase drug products have stopped being manufactured and being sold to wholesalers and pharmacies because of FDA quality control guidelines which went into effect on April 28, 2010. Only 3 approved agents are now being sold: Creon (Abbott), Zenpep (Eurand) and Pancreaze (Ortho-McNeil Pediatrics). Older products will eventually be out of stock at the pharmacies as supplies run out and not being replaced with new product. Ask your doctor or pharmacist for help, or view the 3 approved products websites, which are the drugname.com or companyname.com. Hope this helps. ## This is correct, they have forced many companies to stop selling unapproved products until they are submitted for testing. This has created a shortage of some products. ## You appear very knowledg...

Hi I am an pharmacology, I start taking the Bethel S30 back in Nov 1, 2010, I notice that my mouth was too but too dry, since I am a Pharmacology I study and research the product, test the powder on the pill and my conclusion is that this pill has and active or derivate ingredient like sibutramine. I personally DO NOT recommend this product – If sibutramine is the active ingredients I suggest you to contact the company Bethel Nutritional Consulting Inc 212-568-5330 and ask them to return your money. SIBUTRAMINE On October 8, 2010, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) asked Abbott Laboratories to voluntarily withdraw from the U.S. market, its weight loss drug Meridia (sibutramine) because of clinical trial data indicating an increased risk of cardiovascular adve...

I found a white oblong pill with EC on one side and A on the other side..its all capital letters so I know its an EC and A for sure ## Hi mayes, Please correct me if I'm wrong, but based on the description provided, I've identified your pill as a 250mg Ery-Tab (Erythromycin), used for treating certain types of bacterial infections. Images online depict a white oblong shaped pill (approx. 15.00 mm in size) with an uppercase "EC" on one side and an oversized lowercase "a" on the other side. For verification, this particular tablet is reported to be manufactured by a company called Abbott and carries a National Drug Code of 00074-6304. Does this sound like it could be a match?

I have had almost every kind of sedative-hypnotics prescribed to me (Including Doriden, Noludar, Seconal, and Placidyl). Placidyl has a funny, fruit-like odor and taste to it.It was an effective hypnotic for sleep and I didn't wake up with a headache or a "hangover". Placidyl took effect in about 15 minutes and lasted all night long. It not only acted as a hypnotic, but as a sedative too. Eli Lilly&Co. ceased distribution of this drug in the late 1990's. ## If it was discontinued, there isn't much you can do about it. Are you currently trying anything else? Have you tried any of the Benzodiazepine class of medications, such as Xanax? ## Placidyl was one of the most effective sleep aids ever made. Abbott was the company that discontinued it in 1999. If you took on...
