Black imprint A 04 on only ONE Pain Pill. All the rest are not black

Hi, My wife had surgery and Dr gave Prescription for 5mg of oxycodone pills for bouts of pain in recovery .All the pills are small white round with A04, however It caught my eye that out of them I saw one that has the A04 imprint just like others but letters/numbers seem to be filled lightly in black and all the rest are identical with no black liner in the A04, but this ONE particular pill on the A04 imprint the letters and number are filled in black on the imprint. I thought this to be strange since all the others are not in black. Is this normal? Manufacturing glitch possibly? Not sure and don't want to take any chances in her taking this one particular pill, Should probably call pharmacy when its open just to make sure but thought I may find info online and found this Q & A ...
