looking for information about this drug ## Cytotec contains the active ingredient Misoprostol. This medication is used to prevent ulcers induced by nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medications. Some of the most common side effects include: nausea, diarrhea, headache and flatulence. ## Misoprostol may also be used to end a pregnancy as an alternative to a D & C procedure. I was suppose to menstruated on the13th of March but I did the test on the 12th and it was positive. I inserted 2 cythotec and took 2 orally and I had the cramps and bleed a little. I have always used cythotec and it works for me but this time around, I don't know if it worked so I bought another set and used it today but it didn't come but only had severe abdominal pains and spotting blood headache, and diarrhea. I am not sure if I am pregnant I had unprotected sex on the last day of my periods and took emkit 0.75 2 tablets 12 hours later. Then 10 days later I test my pregnancy it was negative but I still took cytotec 2 tab of 200g each then 12 hours later took 2 again, just got lose motion only. Am I pregnant. Hi ive used mifrestone and misoprostol twice. 1 tab mifrestone and 6 tabs misoprostol. But nothing happened. Just spotting brownish . And then try it again. But still nothing happened. What is that mean? Does it mean the only choice i have is D & C? Or how will you know if the med is fake? ## Are these medications available by prescription-only? My friend needs it as she is 6 weeks pregnant. ## JJ you should go see your doctor as soon as you can. If you are experiencing any abdominal pain it could be something more serious.

The first day of my last period was 10th of july 2013, I hvnt seen it till now. I tested postive to being pregnant thou. I got cytotec, drank 2 and inserted one.
