This is Methadone (they call these particular ones Coffins). It is coffin shaped with an M in a square on one side and the other side is scored with 5771. Methadone is generally prescribed for opioid withdrawal symptoms, but this particular coffin Methadone pill is actually prescribed for pain management. All in all, it is an opioid similar to Morphine, Dolophine, etc. ## I'm sorry, is the word you are trying to use here coffin? My insurance overrode my treating physician. They changed my Cyclobenzaprene, a small round yellow (MP 283), to a cyclobenzaprine, (577) a same size white pill. I only took this medication when I needed it. And I was comfortable with what I used before. It worked for me. I also take Hydrocodone 7.5 mg. (again ., only when I need it). I have been on methadone for several years. It seems everyone is carrying the round white tabs. These fall apart if you try to cut them which I did as I try to limit amounts.
