4on One Side In 54 196

54 over 196 4on other side

white round pill,says 4mg hydromorphone but can't find it listed anywhere ## I am having a difficult time locating this pill, are there any other markings? Are the markings 54 196 4? Is the pill scored? Please post back with any more information so I can assist you better. ## I just came back from cvs and they gave me this kind of meds. Scored on one side with a 4 and the other side imprited 54 196 I know it is 4mg Hydromorphone by ROX but it was weird i have never seen these before.
