I was diagnosed with ADD now at the age of 44. Ive been taking Adderall 10mg in the morning and 10mg after 1pm, but I don't see a change in the focusing. I have the side effects nothing else. People tell me that they see a difference in half hr to one hr but I don't, is it the milligrams or the fact that I take a low dosage twice a day? ## Hello, Lizzy! How are you?
