4097 / TV 224 / 6 (the six is underlined) 3670 / Blank 93 /15 SC/80 other side if blank IP/54 other side is blank 50/93 other side has a checkmark ## The tablet with the TV 4097 imprint contains 20mgs of Baclofen: The tablets with the 3670 and the 93 15 markings contain 500mgs of Nabumetone: The tablet with the ZC 80 marking contain 100mgs of Lamotrigine: The tablet with the IP 54 marking contains 40mgs of Citalopram: The tablet with the 5093 V marking contains 10mgs of Prednisone: Unfortunately, I haven't found a listing for the 224 6 tablet, can you please double check the imprint?

Doctor is cutting me off of methadone 10mg, 50mg/day due to regulations... what a surprise! I'm in the state of Kentucky (40977). I am an hour from Lexington and an hour from Knoxville, TN. I get two weeks worth and then I'm on my own, said they'd refer me and send records to whoever, recommended Tennova. I have private insurance and this was a result of a wreck 11 years ago, he's had me on it ever since for pain.

trying to check on price of metanx tablets vs metanx capsules I take 2 a day & have 3 month supplt if tablets now ## I see their website lists capsules as being available, now.
