A pinkish capsule with a symbol resembling a Z, and 2186 printed on it. No clue what it is, does someone know? ## I'm fairly certain this is Propoxyphene 65mg. It is a narcotic pain killer called Darvocet-N used for moderate to severe pain. Causes drowsiness, dizziness, euphoria and inability to concentrate. Does the capsule say Lilly on it by chance? For some reason I thought that propoxyphene did not come in generic in the capsule form, only in pill form. Anyway there is a possibility that it is not propoxyphene but I am fairly sure it is.
