So it is actually a white tablet with IP 112 inscribed on it. This is a combination pain reliever / narcotic containing Acetaminophen 500 / Hydrocodone 7.5 mg (generic for Lortab). (NDC 53746-112). The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, insomnia, dry mouth, and irritability. Is there anything else I can help with?
