The closest match I've found is Metformin (1000 mg); which is an oral anti-diabetic drug in the Biguanide class. It is the first-line drug of choice for the treatment of type 2 diabetes, in particular, in overweight and obese people and those with normal kidney function. It is a white oval pill with the imprint GP 128 (divided by a score line) Manufacturer: Sandoz Pharmaceuticals Inc.
