Dilor-400 Overview

Dyphylline (Dilor, Lufyllin), also known as diprophylline, is a xanthine derivative with bronchodilator and vasodilator effects. It is used in the treatment of respiratory disorders like asthma, cardiac dyspnea, and bronchitis.
