White Pill 016
UpdatedI found a white pill with a V on one side and something in the middle of the V with a number on the other side that looks like 016 as the 1 is destinctive but may be a 910 as it could be upside down. My wife bought a twin bottle (one box) of the over the counter medicine used as an acid reducer known as generic renatanidine 150 from walmart. We both noticed instantly that upon opening the cardboard box, opening the cap, removing the silver/paper seal, that the tiny pink pills did not have the letters RISO on them & in fact, they had nothing on either side. My wife reminded me that at times one side would have a number on them regardless of if the letters appeared to say RISO on the other. Thus , no need to be concerned about a pill with nothing on either side. I understood the logic. She instantly dumped them in her hand a large white pill-the size of a rolaids or tumms poped out the one with the V and the 016 or 910. I explained that this must have been a loading error in a dispensing machine for the same type container with different labeling as I have a friend whom is a truck driver and told me that the company Pep-Boys has a motor oil that is in fact the same as Texeco motor oil, just different labels + our container was very extremely well sealed. We set the white pill to the side and took the others. We have been violently ill for a week, taking more of the DARK PINK NO LABEL NO NUMBER PILLS, and we finally opened the other bottle from the same pack by EQUATE, only to find the NORMAL COLORED PINK TINY PILLS - RISO on one side, nothing on the other. WHAT SHOULD WE DO? Plus what is the white mystery pill?

First, go to a doctor and see what's making you so ill.
If there were no markings on the one bottle of tablets, there is no way to definitively say what they were, but over the counter products are not required to have markings, like prescription medications are and the example your friend gave you is very accurate. That is true of many products.
In addition, the store brand does not always have to be the same tablets from the same manufacturer, that is just the nature of OTC generic, or store brand medications.

If you aren't certain about them and what you might have taken, then you should check the packaging and contact the manufacturer.
Have you consulted a doctor, yet?
