Hi im 17 year old boy ako gusto ko po kaseng tumangkad pa 5'3 o 5'4 po ang height ko umiinom na po ako ng cherifer ngayon isang beses sa isang araw ko sya iniinom pag tapos ko po kumain tas umiinom rin po ako ng gatas pag gabi 2weeks na po ako umiinom pero di ko pa nkikita yung result anu po ba tlga ang dpt gawin??

nagtatake ako nang cherifer its my 2nd week na,nang magstart ako mg take. i take it every morning every time i woke up nakakaramdam ako nang sakit sa binti ol over my body. ganun po ba tlga ang reaction nun while taking cherifer pgm?

Ang paghinto ng paglaki ng isang babae ay 18-21
Sa lalake naman ay 25 or 27 .... Di ko pa sure...
Pero ang sabi kumain daw ng pagkain na may.. Protein,Calcium,Iron amimo acid para sa pagtangkad o paglaki ng isang tao.
8-10 jour ang tulog... At... Kung sasabayan nyo pa ng cherifer may chance talaga na tumangkad.

Im 18, gumamit ako nung sinasabi nilang "gloxi" for bwt 2months. 17 plg ako nun, good for 2 months lg binili ko kc ang mahal khit nka promo na yan, 3+1 for 8,500php. tas sa dalawang bwan nayan ay ginawa ko lhat ng dpat gawin, proper diet and right foods, enuf sleep atsaka araw2 na stretching at jogging. pero wala eh, umabot nalang nang 4months na 169 padin. hainaku parang nagtapon lang ako ng WALONG LIBO AT LIMANG DAAN, SOBRA PA! Nang dahil sa "GLOXI" nayan! Wag kau maniwala jan, wag kau bumili, tested and proven ko nayang product ng di ko alam kung intsik o hapon, bsta wag kau maniwala jan guys. I prefer na araw2 nlg kau mag stretching at eat healthy, proper diet, milk, plenty water, exercise atsaka 6-8 hours na tulog! It'll take years lang pero I believe na mag w'work yan at ma nonotice nyo nalang na tumangkad na pla kau. GUYS!! There is no medication that can make you enhance height after puberty. There are many products in the market today that claim to increase height of adults, but they are all scams without sufficient scientific evidence.

hi im 19 years old tinry q mag take ng gloxi at cherifer with proper diet,drinking milk exercise 2x a day sometimes at stretching then after 1 week tumaas aq ng 1cm update q n ln kau kung tlgang totoo xa kc feeling q sa 1cm na un na stretch ln ung buto q ndi humaba kc dti wla aqng proper diet at exercise

I'm 166 cm.
14 years old.
Gender:Male
my parents are short , they both 5'2 .
nung grade 7 po ako , 2nd po akong pinakamatngkad sa room namen :) 156cm
pero ngayong grade 9 166 cm nauunahan na ako ng iba kong classmate :(
pwede po ba akong mas tumangkad by taking cherifer pgm 10-20 with zinc?
and playing basketball + dringking milk twice a day?

im 21 yrs old and my height is 5'6 but i want to grow atleast kahit pang modeling height lng........kasi ang taas ng height requirements nila kung mag take po ba ako nito tatangkad pa kaya ako.......sana effective to sana po dun sa mga nag take nito paki comment naman po kung effective....

ahh totoo hong nakaka tangkad ang gloxi kasi ng 14 palang ho ako uminom na ako ng gloxi halos tatlong buwan lang 5'9 na ako mula lang sa height na 5'1 totoo hong ipik tibo ang gloxi ???? para sa manga tulad ko na gostong tumatangkad na nasa edad lang na 14???? subokan nyo ho ?????
