What Is The Use Of Tablet Nuroday P

I m 38 and suffereing from throat pain (note : no soar throat, no infection, x-ray was also done) and the severe pain is only while swalloing even silva :(
All kind of antibiotics were tried now finally my ENT speaslist gave me Nuroday-p with Etrobax 90 . The very first dose itself relieveved me a lot from pain.
Hence I wd agree with someone said this drug is used in nerve pains.
