Epleptin Uses And Effects

I have been using Zanor SR 0.5mg for Anxiety and now my psychiatrist has given me Epleptin 100mg to take and so I am taking both Zanor and Epleptin in the morning and Epleptin again at night. My Dr wants to try and get me off Zanor as it is addictive but feel like since I have been taking Epleptin with the Zanor I have felt more anxious and was feeling much better without Epleptin. Dr says I must stay on it until I see him in 3 weeks time but don't know if I can handle it. Can Epleptin have this effect on a person?

Thank you so much - yes you are correct I am feeling better after taking Epleptin with the Zanor for a few weeks and happy to say that at his stage have not gained any weight as I am cutting out a lot of carbs - thanks so much for your time and answer - appreciate it!
