on my blood test i have anote:Persisten reduction for 3 month in eGFR >/60ml/min/1.73 m2 defines ckd. My is >59ml/min/1.73. What is this mean?

eGFR stands for Estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate, it measures how well your kidneys are filtering out and removing waste products from the body.

One that is denoted by >60 could mean there is protein in the urine, which can possibly signal kidney damage. This means your kidneys are allowing protein to be lost from the body.
