What Is Better Overal L Or Meprate To Regularize Periods

Hi I am 44 yrs old and had very regular periods but in last 3 yrs 3-4 times I missed periods for 2 months then dr prescribed me deviry for 5 days then within 10 days got my periods back, then 3 months on overal l or meprate to bring cycle in system.my FSH level is fine. My question is whether I should continue taking overa l or meprate or leave everything as it is the age I may be in pre manopause periods.

Yes, it could be due to perimenopause, especially at age 44, I've been dealing with such issues, since I was 42. There isn't really anything you can do to change it, once it starts to happen, other symptoms, according to the NIH, may include heavier bleeding, cramping, and PMS-like symptoms.

I am 42 yrs old. From last year I started having irregular periods like I d miss it for a month and the discharge became scanty.
From September 17 to Nov 17 my period never stopped but it was not so profuse. My endometrium thickness was 23 mm. On Nov 17 underwent DNC.discharge lasted for 10days.then it stopped for a week. Again after I took 2 glasses of pineapple juice, I got period for 2 hrs and next few days had very small clots.
So my gynec prescribed diane 35. But I got my period by 17 days before the course. And it was do profuse with super big clots.
After day six I saw my gynec and she prescribed meprate10mg trapic to stop. Bug after day 5 of trapic , severity stopped but there was light discharge. So she put me on MEPRATE 3 TIMES for week 1 , 2 times for week 2 , and 1 time for week 3. Ammeter 1t days of stopping g meprate also my period s nt coming. From yesterday , I m having severe pain in my abdomen. Pl help me. According to my doc , menopause has nt started. I had pcod till 2014.
