Is the marking possibly West-Ward 292?
If so, they list it as containing 750mgs of Methocarbamol, which is a muscle relaxant, that is used to help ease the pain associated with muscle sprains, strains, and spasms.
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth.
