Did you mean to say Watson 853 as opposed to 353? If so, the oval yellow pill which you are describing is Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone bitartrate (325 mg - 10 mg).

Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone is a combination of two types of pain medicine to treat moderate to severe pain.
