Want To Stop Taking Zolfresh
UpdatedI started taking zolfresh 10mg when I was sent to the hostel as I was not able to sleep due to the stress which further increased it and made it worse but I often found my self awake in the middle of the night and out of desperation took another 5 mg tablet..now after a month and a half am at home for about five days and I have reduced my intake of zolfresh to only 5 mg a night..I want to stop it altogether but I can't sleep without it wha must I do..I need help please
