I found a capsule white with no imprints at all on it. What is it?

Clara, I am sorry, there is no possible way to identify it if there are no markings on it.

All U.S. precription drugs, by law, must have unique imprints to allow for their identification, so it could be something over the counter, or a foreign drug.
