Canesten (clotrimazole) For Vaginal Fungal Infection
UpdatedI had a miscarriage 10 months back due to a hematoma in the womb. And because of continued use of sanitary napkins, I developed a severe skin itch. Tried every topical application recommended by doctors. I am now told I have a fungal infection. I am advised Canesten (Clotrimazole) vaginal tablets. One hour after insertion, there was a milky liquid discharge. Is it the infection getting out or the medicine which hasn't been inserted well? Also, I'd like to know if these medicines have any side effects of any sorts- short term or long term?
