Urine Drug Screen, Temazepam

Please Help! If I took 300mg of Temazepam from the 3rd thru the 8th, how much will show up in a urine drug screen late in the day on the 10th? Will it be under 200mg? Fast help is greatly appreciated, I'll be hearing from my Doc sometime this morning...
