My friend told me taking 1 Practin and 1 Dexona everyday will make my body stronger and I will be more muscular. He told me about dizziness side effect. I really want to know the truth.... does it really make me stronger or will give me some problems in future...please reply soon..

mai 5 month se practin aur dexona tab le raha hu..stop karne ke baad mu pe pimpals aa jate hai..koi mujhe solution batayega...mera cont..no...{edited for privacy}...pleas help me...

I am 29yrs old. I m taking dexona and practin daily 3tablet each from last 6years. I tried to avoid and i wan to get out of this but now its realy not possible for me. I wan a good and strong health for my persönality.What should i do? Plz suggest me.

Dear friends,
Using Dexona and Practin cause dangerous side effects it will spoil your life and later you can't live with out this medication.

Side effects: Once you stop this medication then only you will get serious side effects. so dont stop with out physician suggestion. maintain good diet.

Note" you can over come from this addict.. first:Tampering the dose of dexona and practin. Means: if you r using daily one tab. better u start using half tab daily for 1 month and next alternate days and next 2 tab in a week like this you tamper the dose and finally u avoid taking this medication. but one thing you should have good food daily it will reduce u r side effects. all the best

Practin contains the active ingredient Cyproheptadine, you can learn more about it and the side effects here:

Dexina contains the active ingredient Dexamethasone, which is a steroid and very risky:

There are a lot more possible side effects, other than just dizziness. They will not do what you want them to do and they should never be used without a doctor's approval and supervision.
