Subutex Urine

Can someone let me know asap! If I used heroin at 9pm tonight, and take subutex from tomorrow onwards, will the heroin be out my system for a urine test on tuesday or wensday? Also if I got a clean urine, wud it test posotive for subutex if I just put a bit of a subutex tablet in the sample? Help needed asap !brixton girl!
