Sperm Issue

Please and we are having issues conceiving, we went for a test and his result shows the following information:

Semen analysis and culture analysis
-Colour cream
-Volume 2 mls
-Active cell nil
-Sluggish 40%
-Dead 60%
-Count 8000000/ml
-Velocity normal
-Culture yield no growth

Please kindly explain this analysis in layman's terms, as I don't understand it.
