Side Effect Of Toractin

I took sinlge toractin tablet and i became so sleepy for three days.is it dangerous if i continue taking the all dose?

My children don't have appetite and a friend of mine has advised me to give them Toractin tablets. But I understand it contains some depresant abd histamine. Should I administer the drug to my children? What are the side effects?
