I'm not sure what number you meant to type there, but I can tell you that if they are in a bottle as dispensed by your pharmacy, they are good for one year from the date they were filled. After that time period, they begin to lose efficacy and you should dispose of them.
The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.
