may i take my supplementary vitamins while i am taking ansimar 1/2 tablet for 90 days,
medrol for 8 days:
day 1 : 1 tab.
day 2 : 1 tab. am; 1 tab. pm
day 3: 1 tab. am; 1 tab. pm
days 4, 5, 6, 7: 1/2 tab am; 1/2 tab pm
spiriva inhalation once a day
my supplements are : Usana products: essentials; proflavanol; couquionone.
calcium citrate; glucosamine chondroitin; pau'd arco; fern c; and low dose aspilet.
After the 8 days medrol, i am suppose to start using seretide inhalation 2 x a day.
is this alright that i am taking all these pills each day?
