Remtyme Works Great
UpdatedI love RemTyme...been using it for over a year. My wife loves it too. I started taking it daily for awhile...but then lessened what I was taking once I had a better sleep pattern. I had no side effects when I was taking it or when I stopped taking it. When my wife wants a great night sleep, she takes RemTyme, and a bath shortly before bed. She swears by it!
