Red Colored Motions

Am having stomach pain and daily 1 motion was happening in liquid and today 3 times it happened and its some what like reddish colored

Please go see a doctor if it doesn't stop, until then drink plenty of CLEAR FLUIDS. No sodas please but something even for infants to help restore hydration. If it hurts real bad and continues please see doctor!
