Ranolaz contains the active ingredient Ranolazine, it is an anti-anginal medication.
As to your question, I am really not sure, because I cannot discover what country they are from under that name.
In the U.S. different doses were different colors for some brand name medications, but the colors do not always mean anything, especially when it comes to generic formulations. Here, it is the marking on a tablet that has to be used to tell them apart.
