Stresnil contains the active ingredients Alprazolam and Melatonin, these two. combined together are most often used to help with relaxation and insomnia. Melatonin is a natural supplement in our bodies that is produce to help our natural sleep rhythm.
Trike just contains Alprazolam, by itself.
Since they both contain Alprazolam, neither is really more harmful than the other.
You may experience side effects, such as: nausea, drowsiness, headache and irritability.
