Positive Drug Test In Babies
UpdatedDepartment of social services tested 2 one year olds that live in the same house for drugs. The (hair) test came back positive for cocaine on both boys with the quantitative results being 1468 pg/mg and the other child's being 1218 pg/mg (I don't know how much that is) and 0.10 pg/mg for thc metabolite. Parents came back negative for all drugs, but the state took the kids out of the home. They never took the kids to the hospital or anything. Should they have if they really had cocaine in their system?
