Hi thizzles,
Based on the description provided, the closest match I'm finding is a pink, hexagon tablet imprinted with "W" on one side and "75" on the other.
This particular pill is identified as Ranitidine HCL (75 mg); which is used to treat ulcers and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).
Is it possible that you may have simply mistaken the W for an M?
I hope this helps!
