Pcod Or Pregnant

Hi...I'm 22yrs old...i had intercourse with my fiance on june 1st..it was protected without any carelessness... and i got my period on june 4th.. it continued for 5 days with medium to heavy bleeding...now its july 19th and i haven't got my periods yet... in between this time i have done urine tests for pregnancy twice..and it came back negative both times.. I also don't have any symptoms like a 1 month pregnant woman... I also have pcod... Is there still any chances of pregnancy? Plz reply fast.
